Greater than one weekBattery life is lousy. Started flickering for no reason, cannot return because the shipping would cost more than the product. Microsoft wont be responsible if you are outside of the US

> 3 dayIve used Microsoft computers for many years, and bought my first Surface Laptop in 2017 and absolutely loved it. It was used daily for work (from home) and while I took great care of it, I put it through a lot of use and it held up wonderfully. By mid 2020, it had started randomly turning off and freezing up so often that it was a problem, so I decided to buy a newer Surface Laptop and retire the old one.

Greater than one weekThe Surface Laptop packs a lot of power into a small package. Its light and easy to carry around or slip into a backpack or briefcase. Battery life is decent. Its run everything Ive thrown at it so far without breaathing hard. It isnt quite up to major games that need a lot of graphics power, but its fine for casual games.

> 3 dayThis laptop is what Ive been looking for. If you are looking at a laptop like this, you should be the user that is looking for productivity with office style apps, internet usage, email, developer, etc. This screen aspect ratio is bar-none superior for those use cases, ESPECIALLY at this resolution. You can side by side to Adobe pages and get the full page on each in perfect ratio. So pleasing coming from 16x9 on my previous laptop. Im surprised at how pleasing it is to open this with one hand as well. Its just been designed with care for that use case. Premium luxury device. Having great results with battery life as well.
