> 3 dayLove this product. I got it in Matte Black, and I was expecting much worse for the finger print issue. This is very light and doesn’t bother me.

Greater than one weekAbsolute worst laptop I have ever owned. I have had to send it back to Microsoft and get a replacement TWICE because it just did not work properly at all. I would not recommend this laptop unless you want to be on the phone with the Microsoft support team for the rest of your life!!

> 3 dayIve used Microsoft computers for many years, and bought my first Surface Laptop in 2017 and absolutely loved it. It was used daily for work (from home) and while I took great care of it, I put it through a lot of use and it held up wonderfully. By mid 2020, it had started randomly turning off and freezing up so often that it was a problem, so I decided to buy a newer Surface Laptop and retire the old one.

Greater than one weekI have had 4 of these. 3 have developed cracked screens and Microsoft could care less. Micro soft cusrtomer service is the worst I have ever experienced. First, it takes 10-14 days to get a repair/replacement, so unless you have a bunch of extra devices laying around with all of your stuff loaded, you will be SOL. 2nd, they will replace a defective device with a defective device, and once ytour warranty runs out, you are again SOL, since the warranty only goes back to the original purchase date. Stay away from any hardware put out by this once great company. As a former fanboy, this pains me to say.

Greater than one weekI am not a big fan of using a laptop because it just doesnt do all the things I want a computer to do for me. I will say that I have always been envious of people with their Macbooks and how light and and functional they were. I decided to give the Microsoft Surface a shot because I have started traveling for work more often and I needed to get over my laptop issues because I cant rely on a tablet. I didnt need something super fast with a lot of storage or anything, just something to quickly type out reports, surf the web and file paperwork with.
