> 24 hourIt can cut stuff out of tight spots which is the main reason to get this item. Ive had multiple break on me though when cutting in an open area due to the nature that the cutting disc is so long compared to a normal 4.5 inch. So I would get it if you have clearance issues cutting stuff out with a normal 4.5 inch, but if youre cutting in an open area that isnt tight I wouldnt because the normal 4.5 is naturally more rigid and less prone to break.

> 24 hourThe first 20 I bought were great! The next 20, not so much. The new batch is made different and the performance is very poor. I used 4 blades in 36” of cutting 1/4” carbon steel flatbar. The first batch I had, it would’ve taken one. Guess I’m going back to 6” metabo brand.

> 24 hourI would compare it to a dull chainsaw cutting a log. These blades are great for the money but they do not cut nearly as well as name brand blades. Literally took double the time to cut through a 5/8 rebar. However the pack is still worth it for the money.

> 24 hourGood product seems to last a long time, cuts fairly fast without a bunch of disc dust burning to fill up your nose

> 24 hourI have used 1 wheel over 2 welding projects making several cuts in thick and thin steel, mix of high carbon steel and mild steel, to build 2 tractor implements. Normally I would have burned up at least 5 blades from HF. All that cutting and my blade still has 3/4 of its usability remaining. These have been the best blades Ive ever used, Ive been welding for 8 years as a hobbyist and have used a fair amount of cutoff wheels professionally as a general contractor. If youre reading this then you are likely looking for the best you can get for a decent price. These absolutely fit that build.
