Mighty Bright 40460 XtraFlex Book Light, Clear

> 24 hourIve only been using this two days but now I wonder how I got by without it... Im a college student and the only other light I have in my room is a small lamp I got at an antique shop, so I thought a booklight might be better for my eyes and more convenient. Right I was! This light: * Gives a bright, even light that reaches all of the page, even big textbooks, but isnt too bright either. * Has a long, flexible neck that lets you position it where you need it. * Is fairly small and portable. The base is about the size of a small go-phone. * Has a switch on the top, so you dont have to reach around the base to turn it on or off. The thing that really excited me about this lamp was the clear color... I remember having gameboy clip-on lights that were clear and this makes me kind of nostalgic (geeky moment, haha). The clearness does let the light shine out through the top, though, which can hurt your eyes if you look at it too much, but I usually have it pointed away from me (but it might be something to consider if you plan to use it around other people). However, I find the floating bright light kinda cute and ethereal, and that might make it a little more appealing if youre giving it to a child. Anyway, the price and color (or lack thereof) were selling points for me. <3

> 24 hourWe use this item in a hospital setting. Works great when not wanting to disturb others with total room light.
