We bought these for the Garmin Forerunner 45S watches to keep the charging port free of sweat and debris. They pop right in and stay put. Have had on our watches for two months and have had no issues.

I can confirm that this fits the 45 and 45s. It seems well fit, sticks up a bit but it doesnt bother me.
