Wow, this chair is what you want as an upgrade to your fishing boat. The quality is excellent and talk about sturdy. My buddy tripped on the casting deck on 3/13/2022 and was on his way into 38 degree F water, at the last minute, he managed to grab the strap that holds the back of the seat to the bottom and he only got his rear wet. He weighs 220 lbs! Nothing broke!, and is still in like-new condition. Try that with another fishing chair. (No dont, nobody wants to be in that kind of water)
