They are NOT the “most comfortable boat seat”. They are well built. The straps kinda get in my way. My elbows rub/hit them.

These are by far the most comfortable seats for a boat I have ever used. I have had several boats, including a couple of nice bass boats. But, every time I would fish I would have a backache by the end of the day. Never with these chairs! Cool and comfortable. They are sturdy, but very lightweight. That way I can always remove and store them when I get home from fishing. If you are looking at seats, you can spend less money... but these are worth the price!

I have been wanting to purchase this seat for some time now. I recently spent over 8 hours in this seat for a fishing tournament and the seat lives up to its reputation. First off the seat look greats. The paint on the frame is probably my favorite. But what really got me was the weight. I lifted the box when it got to my house and really thought they forgot to put the seat into the package. Its super light. I bought it for my Sportspal canoe and have been a kayaker for many years. The only downside in my opinion is that this seat does not recline. I will probably modify it just slightly, but if it could recline it would get 5 stars for looks, comfort, and durability. Great product and very comfortable for an entire day on the water.
