Miller Welding Cable Liner 15 for Millermatic Series 194011 Replacement (.030-.035 1-PK)

O-ring was broken when received but that isn’t a big deal. Expected that from another review.

Just what I needed

The liner is decent quality, but the one I received had a damaged O-Ring and couldn’t be used. I don’t know if my sleeve was used or the O-Ring was damaged when installed. Required a trip to my local Miller dealer to get the correct O-Ring. I should have just purchased one from a local dealer.

Exactly as advertised

Replaced my original liner on a Miller DVI and restored the smooth wire feed that I remembered when unit was new. Fit and installed just like expected.

Good product good price slow shipping

Followed basic instructions for installation and it worked flawlessly on my Hobart Handler 140, which came stock with a Miller gun. Plenty of extra cable for longer leads; I just trimmed to the required length using side cutters as recommended. Pretty tough wire, so use a sharp pair of cutters! Highly recommend.
