Tool is excellent. But seller said it was new and it was clearly a used item.

Be sure to use a 2 lock pin arbor and a hefty drill.

If you need to cut multiple holes even in different type of materials this thing works great easy to remove the core does not get dull. Safer to use than the standard teeth holesaw. I use this thing on a weekly basis to install Venting. No complaints.

Produced a perfect hole stucco for my dryer vent. And the price was the best around.

I purchased this bit because I needed to install some recessed lights in my patio. The ceiling is plywood stuccoed over. This bit delivered perfect circles while eating thru the stucco. The chicken wire used to hold it was no match either. I finished the hole thru the plywood with a different bit but I am sure I could have used this one to eat thru the wood. I did hit a nail while drilling one of the holes and that was a challenge, I ended removing the mail to complete. All and all I am extremely satisfied with this saw, it made the work a breeze.
