We loved this device until it broke down during its first Halloween night. The projected image formed lines and faded into a “ghost” of itself. Definitely not a good value if you expect it to last more than one Halloween.

My grandkids live it. The facial expressions are so cute and it has three personalities. It’s the real deal from Amazon. The sound is also good on this. So glad I purchased it. I have the snowman and deer for Christmas also. Love them all!

They send you this pumpkin without an adapter. With the proper adapter, we found that it did NOT work. Piece of China crap.

The product is amazing, if it works. I ordered one that was supposed to come a few days before Halloween and it arrived at around 9:00 on Halloween negating most of the intended usage. Further problem was it did not work but was broken. I ordered a new unit because the device is amazing and very much wanted my wife to have one that works for next year. I am disappointed as at this point I have yet to receive a refund on the defective unit which did not ship and arrive on time and arrived not functional. All that said the second unit which I ordered works perfectly and is absolutely amazing. Beware there are people selling fake versions especially on Facebook marketplace. My wife had ordered what she thought to be a set of three jabbering jacks that synchronized and worked together which does not actually exist. Facebook people are using a combination of photos of jabbering Jack with videos of a different system that uses a video projector on actual pumpkins and marketing it as a different thing that doesnt even exist in real life. My wife was devastated when she received three pumpkins slightly larger than a softball of Dollar tree caliber materials and a simple LED light inside which she had paid $70 for. Thankfully our credit card company was able to compensate us for the fraud and we were able to eventually, third times the charm, get an actual job jabbering Jack which did not disappoint. The fraud we experience the first round was in no way mindscape or Amazons fault that was through Facebook, the second unit which was defective that I ordered through Amazon was quite the disappointment given the cost. That one is been sent back but Ive yet to be refunded hopefully that will be resolved soon. The third unit I received function properly and is amazing. If I had received it the first time I would know question give this five stars but at this point and its early sales I would say be cautious and make sure it works right away so you can return it if you receive a defective unit. Ours has been safely stored away and I look forward to using it next Halloween. Hopefully are defective unit was a rare fluke and most people will get a good unit right away. Because of the complications I definitely would have to recommend this product with a buyer beware and test it before the return window closes asterisk to my recommendation. Outside of those issues though this is one of the coolest Halloween decorations imaginable and although expensive well worth the cost, that is as long as you have a working one.

The first one I got didn’t even work. With much arguing with the maker I was able to get another one. It’s pretty cheaply made, I think it should cost about $30. Speakers are poor, you can barely hear it unless you’re in a quiet room. Needs Bluetooth and an app so you can control it. The power cord and on/off switch are poorly made and I had constant problems with the power. Good points are the Images are fun but the sound doesn’t always match the images. Good luck
