Excited to plug in, then frustrated as most options in Settings were disabled. Vital items like Update, Virus settings and more. Permissions incorrect and disallowed access or running.

This is a nicely equipped PC for the size and price. Comes loaded with Windows 11 and no added software. It is quick to load and can handle many applications all running at the same time. Using a media server running multiple Plex streams and it performs flawlessly.

Except for audio it is an excellent pc and sound works with usb or Bluetooth

I dont do reviews, ever. I was so happy with this pc that I had to tell potential buyers. I have mine going into the HDMI of my 43 LG TV in my office and it is beautiful. The internal Wi-Fi works very well. There are enough connections to do whatever you need. I cant speak to any support as I didnt need it. I would absolutely recommend. Retired engineer.

Its actually a great mini computer and the main reason I can leave a positive review is because the price was so exceptional because I purchased this during a flash sale.

I have decided to buy a mini PC to replace my aging optiplex in the office and I am glad I did so. Now I have way more desk area. This mini PC is almost equivalent to a $700 laptop as it has an 11th generation i5 mobile processor with 4 cores and 8 threads. The ram is soldered which usually isnt my cup of tea however the included Ram is LPDDR4 with high frequency and its 8 chips of 2Gb each giving me 4 channel which is even better than some towers. (When you start using the mini PC you will notice that the frequency is limited to 2667MHz that can be adjusted in the Bios as I showed in the video). Other than that, the SSD and Wi-Fi are fully upgradable (See the second part of the video) and you can easily install 2 NVME SSD and one SATA SSD for a total of 3. The Wi-Fi card can be upgraded to WiFi 6e. The IO of the PC is pretty decent and I like the inclusion of the USB-C.

The Mini PC is very lightweight packed with motherboard of American Megatrends. Its i5 8th Generation with 16 Gb of Ram and 512 Gb SSD storage. The PC has decent configuration for the price. The packaging is Good. The system boots Quickly. The cable quality can be improved. Like the HDMI cable. Overall recommend if you want a MINI PC under 400 bucks.

Great box for the money! Easy to upgrade ram (to 32g) and add SSD, and I even upgraded the network adapter to an Intel AX210 with wifi 6e and Bluetooth 5.3 it blazes!

First I should say I am no computer guru so this review is from a regular Grandma. I got the mini pc for my Grandsons to play their games on when they come over. It came securely packed in a double box with foam all around it and more kinds of cables than I think we will use. I had a leftover monitor that had been sitting in the garage collecting dust just waiting for its day to return. I am not sure of the technical specs although my Grandson assures me it has enough juice to play both Minecraft and Roblox. It is so tiny compared to my big clunky desktop. You only need to find a monitor and keyboard/mouse which we had laying around. We zipped right through the initial setup. The Windows 11 Pro runs quite smooth and I was impressed with the speed of the downloads and browsing. It doesnt come with all the extra stuff you usually have to wade through when you start using a new computer. I can tell you that it does have a fan inside that little box because you can hear it when the computer is on. I have to give it 5 Stars. My Grandson who is 10 was able to get it up and running and now he can play Minecraft and Roblox when he comes to stay with us. I am impressed with how tiny the PC is and how it works better than my older desktop. This is an affordable option even for a novice user. Setup was painless and we were able to use it quickly and with little or no problems. Highly recommend this little PC. It packs a big punch in a super tiny package!
