They claim to be Wi-Fi capable and they ARE NOT.

I purchased this as an emergency backup for board retreats. Ive also used it for home theater now that the weather is improving. This hooks up easily with the incised HDMI cable. Bright, clear projection.

Update 12/20/22: Received an email from a @gmail.com account trying to offer an upgrade, or an amazon gift card to buy another. (we already ponied up the money to get a name brand from a big box store so I declined.) They pushed forward and offered to pay for the one we bought if I give my paypal info. I obviously declined. They offered to send a bank card but at this point Im very skeptical over the legitimacy of the contact. So I ended contact. So seller if that was you in earnest, Id advise a more professional email name and to clear the air here. If that wasnt you, my sales info got leaked and Im quite alarmed. Was excited to receive this. Picture in dark room was great but there were three dead pixels from the start. Ad, unboxing video in ad, and manual show a tripod which was missing. If there were just one issue, Id give it a second chance, but I dont want to exchange it for another that could potentially only correct one of those issues. Not a bad budget buy though if you dont get unlucky like me.

EDIT: I ran into some issues with dust inside the projector and I reach out to the company and they have been super helpful with helping me out! This projector is pretty good. I got this projector to replace getting a TV because I have a small apartment. The image is pretty good with my blinds (not blackout) and curtains (not blackout) during the day. The images is pretty much perfect at night. I can also say that Ive used the projector very often the last two months since I got it. I was super skeptical when I first got it because Ive never purchased a projector to use before but this has been perfect. The one thing that I would say is bad about this projector is the short cord. Ive had to use a extension cord to project it onto the blank wall in my apartment and it has become a tripping hazard for me when Im not paying attention.

I have a few much more expensive projectors which I use professionally but I needed a compact unit that I could use in my 10 year old daughters bedroom so as to project images on her ceiling for her to enjoy and aid in her sleep pattern. What a great choice I made on this projector. The picture quality is equal or at par with all of my professional hardware. It makes me wonder how they can sell at this price. It’s so easy. No assembly required, just plug in the power, point it where you wish and press the start button. You can’t go wrong with this compact projector, in fact, while the sale prices are available I plan on purchasing several more units to use as gifts for the rapidly approaching holidays. My Recommendation: Buy it, you wont regret it.

I bought this projector a little to show a holiday background through a front window as part of my holiday home decorations, and for this purpose, it has been great. The built-in speaker has a nice sound, however, you need to be sitting behind or to the side of the movie projector in order to hear it. I think we are going to get an external speaker for it so we can expand our seating options.

My rating are considering the price under $100. I continue to be amazed by the caliber of picture at this price point. I wouldnt compare it side-by-side with anything high-end, but this projector is a steal at 1/100th (or less!) the price of those high-end options. I would defintely get a cheap soundbar or speakers to attach, the built-in speaker is acceptable, but underwhelming for booming movie effects. Now I just need to figure out better screen logistics, so I dont need to hang the screen from the ceiling every movie night. Not too many places to permanently install a 150 screen in a typical home.

My home is kind of dark, even during the daytime, so it works perfectly. However since I watch shows with subtitles, I cant focus on the top and the bottom of the image, it has to be only one. Ive tried multiple kinds of connections, both from my laptop, another computer, and even USB but this always keeps happening. It has sound so its perfect if I want to play with my Switch, the fan is still a bit loud, and it gets hot after a while of playing, since I get a bit scared about it I always prefer to turn it off.

Oh, the excitement when I received my projector. !!!!!!!! Ive always wanted to get one for years and finally I have it. Great picture quality and is easy to operate. Its compact and can take it anywhere. Thank you from a very satisfied customer

Purchased this last year but put it in the closet for special occasions. It worked the few times we needed it but it didnt get but 4 uses before it went bad. Uncertain why as it was barely used and was kept cool and in its box in the closest for the longest. You have to have it a few inches from the wall otherwise it wont display. Sad as my kids loved this. Maybe was used for 10 hours in total and never allowed to idle. Id avoid this and get a better quality one instead. Updated 4/11/23: I was contacted by the company who sold this to me and they upgraded my projector without any problem. It is nice to see companies who actually care about its customers. I will update further when the new projector comes in on Monday.
