Works great out side. We plan to use it all summer at our camp. My kids love it and the picture is great!

Not very impressed with this. Guess for $120 I wasnt expecting much. But you cant adjust the size of the screen unless you move the projector itself forward or back from your screen. Cant ever find a sweet spot for a focus. Movie itself looks 480-720P but when the big N for Netflix pops up and see every pixel and the subtitles are almost unreadable

Full disclosure - I have an Epson 3600e 1080p super bright projector in my basement set up for movies/sports etc. BUT I have wanted to be able to watch movies outside or when camping and didnt want to risk that projector outside - so i picked up this one from SHIMOR. Obviously it is not as bright as the Epson but it throws a nice picture ESPECIALLY when you consider it comes with a screen. Again the Epson has a better picture and more adjustments, but this projector is 15x cheaper. It has a simple focus control wheel and keystone wheel on the lens (no scrolling through menus to adjust) which is all you really need to set it up and start showing movies. This is probably what i like the most - a perfect picture is not what you are after with this price point. You are after plug and play and this projector gets you going quickly so the kids are not waiting around for you to get the movie going. Surprisingly, it has 2 HDMI ports and 2 USB ports. I hooked up my Roku stick, set it on the table in the back yard, hung the screen on the swingset in the back yard and we had movie night going. The picture is sharp and the built in speakers are definitely loud enough for outside use. I recommend the music setting as it seems to push up the bass and that works better for movies. Overall, very happy with the package and the projector. It is lightweight which makes it great for travel but we will see how it holds up. If any issues pop up, I will update.

Family Float & Flix night was a success!! We did a rear projection and built a simple screen stand out of PVC. The picture quality was excellent. Since the unit was behind the screen and 10ft away, I used a portable speaker to bring the sound closer to us. Worked perfectly! Such a fun and great way to beat the summer heat!

I am very pleased with this projector. It is clear, simple to use. Only minor complaint is the tilt focus seems useless.

After almost a month of using,my family and I are very happy with this product.Its a decent mini projector with a competitive price,this one is not the cheapest one that i can found in amazon but Im impressive with the design/quality and the projector is very light but sturdy.it comes with a remote control and its simple and easy to use.they provided the projector screen,stick hooks.ropes for hanging the projector screen,power cable,HDMI cable and 3 in 1 AV cable.I usually play the cartoons from online directly so the sound straight from my computer,you will need an external speaker to increase the volume if you wanna use in outdoor area.I used the Tripod to attach the base so i can easily adjust the height and angel when Im watching movies.The side projection correct button from remote control is very helpful and I can easily adjust when its not clear enough(it also depends on your movies/video resolution,i will suggest you watch at least 1080P movie).cable connect to your phone is not included so if you wanna choose movie directy from your phone you will need addtional lightning to HDMI adapter. Its really awesome for home/outdoor entertainment during this difficult period.

During this time of pandemic with kids at home, its more important than ever to find more activities we can do together as a family. Since going out for movies was one of our thing, I need to come up with alternatives. I got this mini projector while just browsing Amazon because the price seems reasonable and it comes with a 100-inch screen (less things to buy!). Now its time to test it: DISPLAY - Nice and bright 1080P. Perfect for movies. - The contrast is great. Even better if you use it with the included screen. CONTROL - Standard projector controls. - Nice and simple remote (this is important so my kids can use it). CONNECTION - Lots of options—USB (2), HDMI (2), and standard AV input - I used a Fire TV Stick with it and it works as expected. - No built-in software or Wi-Fi. I prefer my devices UI anyway so its not a con for me. Overall, this is a great projector for what we used it for. If you have the right expectations (dont expect 4K quality out of this), I think you will be happy with this little projector. Note: the kids are happy watching Elsa for the nth time!

This little projector offers a great value for its price. Instead of getting an ipad or tablet for a similar price, you could get one of these and let your kid watch animations on a whole wall making it much more safer on the eyes and enjoyable ecperience. I would say it is a must buy.

I got this projector for my Joshua tree camping trip a month ago. This projector is light and very easy to put together. It comes with the remote and all the wires that you need. The picture and sound quality are great. This is the first projector I’ve ever own and I love it so far. Highly recommended.

I had been looking for a projector to use while camping and setting up the screen on the side of the RV. This little one is perfect. It’s compact and works well. It does take a bit of adjusting to get the picture to come up clear but I’m sure that’s going to be an issue with all portable projectors. I did not try it but it also has the option of attaching to a tripod which I plan on trying to make use of down the line. So far I would recommend.
