Los enchufes son súper cómodos. Sin embargo, son muy difíciles de instalar, tuve que llamar a la compañía para que me ayudaran con la instalación. Agradezco en la forma que fui tratada, fueron súper amable y pacientes, me ayudaron a instalarlos por completo. A pesar que no pude instalarlos yo misma, lo recomiendo totalmente, quede súper satisfecha con el apoyo que se me brindó y con la comodidad del producto.

Second time I purchased these . They are great and work amazing with the app , I haven’t had any issues with them not matter in what part of the world I am , I am able to turn things on and off in my house

The Gosund app will not allow the user to install the device, making the device completely useless, unless the user shares location with the app. I find this to be an invasion of my privacy. There is no need for location to be enabled to allow communication between two wireless devices.

Works great with Alexa. Was difficult to set up at first. Instructions were ok, but ended up setting up by trial and error. Once I had one set up the subsequent plugs were easy. Works great! Vacation or walking in you can turn on lights from phone or voice activation.

Easy setup. Download app. Connect to wifi. Highly recommended.

Tried 3 times to connect to the Gosund app but gave up. Returned and chose a different Mfg.

Why is Amazon trying to offload old tech? I bought these before and we’re fine.. 6 months later tried to purchase more and it’s a obsolete model.. thanks for nothing

I currently have 2 in use and Im able to control both from my phone.

It doesnt pick up wifi well. Im using them upstairs on opposite end of the house as the router and it wont pick up internet. I ordered the Amazon basic plugs and they pick up just fine. This company needs to do a better wifi receiver. Just buy the Amazon basics ones for a tiny bit more money.
