> 24 hourAt first I had a problem pairing plugs to wifi. Fheena customer service rep took her time to help me solve the problem and actually gave me a follow up phone call. She should be promoted!! Very easy to use and Im able to turn on 3 different lamps in my bedroom plus the TV. Great purchase!!!

> 24 hourThese look like a great value for the 4 pack at the current list price of $27 and offering a current promo of $10 off making 4 only $17. Unfortunately that is $17 wasted in my opinion because in order to use these you have to download a 3rd party app to your phone and give it your Amazon password, yeah NO. There is supposedly a work around where you can set it up as a skill on Alexa but its proving annoying to figure out and Im just skeptical with the seller/company since they tried to get my Amazon password from me. I cant recommend these and suggest you buy a different brand.

> 24 hourThese smart plugs are OK. Setup was very easy. However, one of the plugs I received didnt actually work. It connected but did not turn off the device when instructed to do so. (just a desk lamp). I connected another plug from the box instead and it worked fine. Not a big deal for me, since I only needed two of the four.

> 24 hourThese were immediately recognized by the Gosund app when I selected to add a device, and they were automatically connected to Alexa. I already had the app installed, so the experience may be different for a new install. I can control via the Gosund app or Alexa. These plugs are small, so they don’t obstruct a second regular plug from being plugged into a duplex, but two of these smart plugs cannot be plugged into the same duplex. I am able to use two side-by-side on a surge protector. I have been using these for a few weeks with no issues. I have them scheduled to automatically turn on grow lights for my indoor plants and I can easily turn them on/off via voice commands whenever I want.

> 24 hourThese are awesome. You need to initially set them up with an app but they then integrate with Alexa very well. The only issue is using them on a power strip as they are bigger than the Amazon brand but they work well. You wont be disappointed as they are a considerable cost savings but get the job done.

> 24 hourEasy to setup, just download an app and Google easily recognized it. I tried it on a fan and it works! Will be great for multiple uses around the house, so anything can be easily controlled by phone. Only con I find is its bulkiness so it cant be used in hidden outlets close to furniture, plug has to have room to plug in.

> 24 hourThis came four in a pack with instructions to download app- which walks you through the process to add each individual plug. Im not very app/tech savvy; but I was able to follow well enough to set family room lamp to turn on and off per my set time. I have not set up the other 3 plugs but I dont expect any problems. I do wish the instructions were clearer as I feel I may be missing out on the full capabilities of the plug, but I am going to review as I use to ensure the best usage. I have not set up to my Alexa yet, but will do so.

> 24 hourFirst, you have to install their App, using just the Alexa App does not work. Once you have their App you have to figure out how to integrate it to Alexas App. Then set it up. They are OK, but I am going to stick with using the Amazon brand that uses the Alexa App from now on.

> 24 hourThis is a review of WISEBOT’s Grounded Smart Plugs These are a reliable set of grounded smart plugs that come four to a pack. They have a rating of 10amps / 1200watts, so they could be used for small appliances, like a coffee maker, lamps, computers, holiday lighting, any number of items. I have three of the four controlling lamps in 3 of the guestrooms. I can now control those lamps with a simple voice command or have them turn on or off at specific times. No hub is required. I have a lot of similar smart plugs scattered about the house, and these are just as reliable as any I have purchased over the years. Setup was easy and only took a few minutes. Note: These devices only support a 2.4GHz network. Once connected I can use voice commands to control the device, place it into a group and control all the devices at once (Echo, turn on first-floor lights), or create a routine to have them go on or off at a specific time or on specific days. Bottom Line Easy to set up, have not had a single problem with controlling them, and at a great price point. They are a great addition to my “smart” home.
