I ordered this item and was reimbursed in full since I had previously ordered another product similar to this. I and my cats love this fountain! This one has a lit up blue water level. The spigot doesn’t turn and even if it did it wouldn’t overflow out of the fountain. Filters must be replaced as with most fountains, but it comes with 1 replacement. I have 8 cats and 3 foster kittens and they all use it, sometimes 3 at a time. Comes with instructions but really, you don’t need them as assembly is super easy, as is cleaning. It is Important to clean pump and fountain once weekly and is dishwasher safe but no need bc it’s so simple. I had a Catit plastic fountain for almost 15 years (pump still works!) but it got pretty beat up so decided to try stainless. Glad I did, so much easier to clean and assemble.

Ive had a cat for 10 years now and I wanted a water feeder that was easier to clean, stainless steel and quiet. I work from home and my last water feeder was always heard in the background. With this water feeder, its practically silent. I also love that it has minimal light at night where I can see the water level. This was a fantastic purchase!

I have four cats and they each love to drink from sink faucets. We had a different fountain before this one that served us well, but cleaning the last one was quite the task, and it wasnt the quietest thing. This one went together in a snap, its darn near silent, and the spouts are closer to the sink faucet style that my kitties love. Very pleased with this purchase, and highly recommend it to others.

I love the two spouts so moth of the cats have their own, it is so easy to put together and clean. My cats drink more water now than they did out of a normal bowl!

My cats actually love this fountain. It’s very very quiet. My yorkie is not thrilled with it because there is not much of a bowl from where the drink, so I think she is confused with that. I would recommend it for cat owners. I love the little window because it’s so easy to see the water level. I would have liked for it to be actually more loud though… I think that could attract even more the cats to go drink from it.

I’ve been using this fountain for a while now and it’s been the best one I’ve ordered so far. Super easy to clean and sturdier than the plastic ones I used before.

Had it for about a week now, and the cat loves it. Shes drinking way more water. Very quiet. You can hear the trickle of water every once in a while but its silent almost all the time. Happy with my purchase

I love the fact it is stainless steel and not plastic that alot of them are. This is the first fountain I have ever purchased and I was hesitant because I did not know of my cats would use it. As soon as I plugged it in one of them came running. I like the fact that you can see how much water is in it and it has a blue night when plugged it. Would highly recommend this water fountain to pet owners

My cats absolutely love drinking water straight out of the fountain, but I don’t like leaving the water running all day. We bought this for them and it was a total game changer! My cats no longer beg to have the sink turned on because they are so in love with this fountain. If the water runs too low, our cats will push it around the ground to let us know it’s time to put more water in it lol. Not only that, but my dogs love it too! I have a small dog who has problems drinking water without choking but this fountain has helped him since he doesn’t need to lean down to drink. Definitely a game changer. I love it.

Our old cat foundation but the dust so we had to get a new one. I decided on this one because the reviews were great and I’ve also read stainless steel is better for kitties to drink out of than plastic. I love this one! Super easy to put together and it’s very quiet. The cats love it too! Definitely recommend!
