The service was great and the quality of the bag was good also. It was not what I needed. I needed a garment bag that I could put the hangers through the top and hang it up and this did not have that!!

First time using it the zipper broke. I had 7 items in the bag with plenty of room for more. It would have been a great purchase had it not broke.

Needed to store a few suits. This will work perfectly.

i bot this to replace a garment bag i use for winter clothing storage. i did not intend to use it to transport any clothes, then i needed something to transport some outfits for a photo shoot and thought, why not? too many self-important ties and other gadgets. seriously, no one would take this on a plane and expect their clothes to come out in reasonable shape.
