MJR Tumblers 1 Pound 36 Silicon Carbide Rock Grit Extra Coarse

Wasted a week trying to polish with this stuff. It did nothing.

. Breaks down too soon. no trace after 36 hrs of tumbling.

So frustrating!!! I was so excited to open the tumbler after the final polish, only to find dull rocks. I used this brand a few years ago and was disappointed. I ordered it again by mistake but figured I would give it another try. TERRIBLE! Such a waste of money!!! I am having to repeat the polish stage with a different brand and wait another week.

I ended up using this as a stage 3, seeing I ruined 3 stage 4 tumbles,

it does the job pretty good, I use it in a tumbler to sand large pieces instead to have to sand by hand.

Great product I would definitely buy again
