These work ok, but I wish the OD of the tips was a LOT smaller. The detail B image that theyve posted in the description shows an an OD of .6mm. The image Im including is typical of the 0.4mm tips that I received, where the OD appears more like 1.0 - 1.2. (Tolerances, schmolerances, right?) Like I say - they work, but theres a lot more area than necessary up there, which can start to smear, leave drag marks, etc. The ones Im currently printing with are still new and work well enough. Im curious to see how they age.

Let me say that I wrote a review and submitted it recently but upon looking at my printer perhaps was a bit harsh on Aokins nozzles. They are OK but not great. The reason I say this is that the hole drilled where you insert your tubing is a tad large. This leaves a very slight air gap between your PTFE or Capricorn tube, and this would mean the heat transfer is not as good as it could be. One nozzle I inspected had a defect where you could see light coming through two holes. Not a big deal considering how many you get for the price. However they could improve just by changing drill bits and making an ever slightly smaller hole for a more snug fit.

Replacement for a Micro Swiss all metal hot end on a Monoprice Maker Selece V2, works absolutely perfectly. Screw in hand tight, heat up, tighten again. PID Tune. Level bed. Print! Now I just need to print a case for them all, they do come loose.

Bought these to replace the original nozzle on my Wanhao Duplicator i3 that had started having problems due to printing some really abrasive materials. These fit just fine and my prints are improved, plus I have enough extras to last me for the next century.

I was looking to get a bigger nozzle than the stock 0.4mm nozzle that came with my Qidi X-Pro printer and came across this product. Although I was just looking for 0.6mm nozzles, for the variety of sizes this product comes with and at the affordable price, I figured Id give this one a shot. After all, it does include two 0.6mm nozzles for my two extruders. Anyhow, it was pretty straightforward to remove the nozzle on my X-Pro and install this new nozzle. I used the PTFE tube that was included with my printer (the Qidi X-Pro came with two addition 0.4mm nozzles that had PTFE tube attached to it and thats what I used). With the 0.6mm nozzle in place, I updated my Simplify 3D settings to 0.6mm for the nozzle -- and with Auto Extrusion Width, the Extrustion Width was set to 0.72mm. For my first test print, I decided to try it with PETG filament, extruding at 245*C on an 80*C bed and the extrusion came out nice and smooth. Although I have yet to try the other sizes, my original requirement was for the 0.6mm nozzle and so far, its working well. Ill see if this company sells a bundle of just the 0.6mm nozzles. I guess if theres something to gripe about, I have the following two gripes (albeit minor, at least to me): 1. I swapped out the nozzle on only one of my two extruders. The new nozzle protrudes out around 0.5mm further down than the stock Qidi nozzle on the other extruder. Very apparent when leveling the bed. Not sure if this is because my original nozzle has somehow wore down or if the length is just different. Not a big deal -- Ill just swap out the other extruder with one of the other nozzles that come in this set. 2. All nozzle sizes are all in one little ziplock bag -- so you have to carefully look at the little imprinted size on the collar of the nozzle to find the size youre looking for. Not a big deal but Im comparing this to some other nozzles I bought or my Creality CR10 v2 -- which were grouped into a small ziplock bag per size -- and each ziplock bag was labeled with the size. Overall, I would definitely recommend these nozzles if youre looking to change the size of your nozzle(s) on your Qidi X-Pro.

Ive only used the 0.4mm nozzles so far. They are clean and were a vast improvement over the OG nozzles I had in my Qidi Tech 1, but that shouldnt be a surprise. My only real complain is that the sizes arent etched in as well on all of them, making them hard to read without just the right lighting. That said... and it likely still goes without saying, these are cheap, so its really silly to not have extras on hand so youre not printing with janky nozzles. Frankly, its even likely worth it to use these for rough materials (glow in the dark, wood/fibre/metal filled??) knowing they wont last. If I experience any issues after playing with the other sizes, Ill update this review.
