> 24 hourThis worked out perfectly and brought my old iPad back to life along with a new battery and digitizer screen. Getting the old digitizer screen off without cracking it in order to access the inside of the iPad is very tricky and if you can pull it off, good for you! Good thing a replacement digitizer screen is also pretty inexpensive. All in all, I was very satisfied with this part and my iPad is now charging without any issue.

> 24 hourI finally am able to use my iPad again, my daughter damaged the original charging port so it wouldnt charge. I had to search online for instructions to install it but there are many sites that will show you how. Definitely be careful when opening the case, the WiFi antenna is just to the right of the home button and you can easily break the thin wire if youre not careful.
