> 24 hourI guess I should have watched the video first. I didn’t realize it requires micro soldering to replace this on 1st gen iPad Air A1474. It looks like a quality part, but I will need to take it to computer repair friend and pay him to install it. I read a review that said easy to install so I bought it. After watching several videos where they said even Apple store doesn’t want to do this repair, this part is for very experienced installers. Three stars because part looks good, but minus two stars because there is no mention of soldering in description.

> 24 hourMisleading descriptions to sell this item. This is not open the unit and plug and play. No where besides reviews does it say “micro-soldering” required. I’m not in the market for a new soldering iron or a magnifier like most of the tutorial videos. Waste of time. At least it’s a free return.
