> 3 dayDon’t look to Germany or Japan for great cutlery. Buy American made quality and you will never be sorry.

Greater than one weekMY girl friend is a chop-chop girl she chops veggies, fruit, cheese, and leftovers. Will not use another knife in my collection. Would probably leave me if I damaged knife or lost it. Great product

> 3 dayWorth every bit of money. Slices so smooth and cheese doesnt stick to the knife. Easy to get even cuts.

> 3 dayYes its a cheese knife but also perfect slicing tomatoes. Cuts cake nicely as well. Cutco has a wonderful warranty. Purchased my first Cutco 30 some years ago from a college student ~ still great! Used to love Henkel but honestly Cutco seems better and made in the US!

> 3 dayI bought this at Costco for a significantly lower price. Best knife we ever owned. They call this a cheese knife but we use it for all veggies. This is versatile, feels great to hold and looks beautiful. Great product but shop around.

> 3 dayI purchased this knife because I saw a demo at Costco. The guy cut through a hard carrot very easily. I tried and it was the same for me. I realize it’s a cheese knife and it also works really well with cheese. But my 96 year old mom has a hard time cutting things and this knife is a game changer for her. I am so glad Cutco is on the cutting edge. lol. My mom had the full set from the 1950’s . She was impressed then and still is. She even has two from the original set.

> 3 dayThere is not enough I can say about this knife. Cutco should really stop calling it a cheese knife because it is so much more. It will cut a tomato perfectly. It does a fantastic job with cheese also, but It’s just so much more than that.
