I bought 2 of these, so versatile. They were both gifts, and they both loved them

I have begun traveling frequently again and occasionally need a jacket or suit. I do not like using a roller suit case since, being old fashioned, I think carry on baggage should be carried on. But duffle bags wrinkle suits. I have kludge solutions, but I was not satisfied. Then I found this hybrid solution - a suit carrying duffel bag. I have to admit, that it was a small task to figure out how it works, since it is so unique in my experience. But it really does what it is supposed to do. The pictures in the listing are accurate. Basically, it all unzips flat to be like a conventional suit carrier. You put in the suit, then zip up the ends to make it a duffle type bag. Lots of pockets. I really appreciate the shoe pocket. Also, the strap seems very comfortable... which I really care about as I carry it through airports. I just packed for a trip, and all I need fit inside. I will also take a small backpack for my laptop and work papers. But if I travel with only a tablet, that would fit nicely inside this bag. Definitely a 5. It seems durable, but I did not rate the durability since I just got it. I will come back to rate that later. It seems sturdy as well as I pulled on parts of it, but I have seen better looking zippers so I gave that a 4, but I will not know for a while if that is a worry. That having been said, the zippers are pretty good for this price point. Overall, so far, I recommend this for folks who like carrying bags, not rolling them.

It is what it claims to be - lots of options, pockets, and zippers. I was hoping just to use this as a duffel bag most of the time, so my only real note is that when in duffel bag mode, the zippers dont really stay in place. It want to return back into garment bag mode. Other than that, the quality is good and there is craftsmanship.

It’s perfect for anyone who needs to travel and keep a suit wrinkle free. It’s a beautiful travel bag and it looks kind of like leather from far away, but it has that shine and feel like vinyl almost. The black is the most perfect color - I wouldn’t expect the other colors to look as good in this material. THERE ARE SO MANY POCKETS! I really don’t think you can go wrong. This is completely multifunctional. The handles are sturdy, the zippers work right away, it LOOKS SO GOOD! Perfect as a gift for the man or woman in your life who loves being stylish AND practical in finding luggage that has SO MANY COMPARTMENTS!

Sturdy duffel/garment bag, strong handles, fits perfectly placed atop my suitcase for an easy stroll through the airport. SO much storage space, lots of pockets and extra space. I really love the designated shoe compartment that keeps my clothes separated from my shoes. Not all duffel bags have this, so it’s a definite plus. Has a large capacity and fits a lot more than you would expect from a bag this size. Can also be used as a hanging garment bag. 10/10

I really liked this garment/duffle bag. The leather material was high quality and very durably made. I loved that you could use it like a regular duffle bag or have the option to unzip the sides to turn it into a garment bag. It is great for quick travel anywhere!

As a business traveler and frequent formal-to-casual change artist, I love the concept of this bag; but it fell short of being perfect. First, using standard size/length hangers, neither my suit or dress shirt fit correctly in the garment bag. Both had to be folded over at the bottom in order to zip shut, which (for obvious reasons) is not desirable. I did not have a shorter-necked hanger, so had to make due with what I had for this trip. But I would suggest to the makers that they provide 1 or 2 special short hangers if thats what it takes for garments to fit properly. Incidentally, I looked back at the listings demo video (to see if I was doing something wrong) and its funny how they fast-frame past putting the garment in bag after putting hanger in the loop. One second theyre placing the hanger in the loop, and the next second you see the garment is neatly in place. Whether by coincidence or purposeful deception, you dont see the full action of putting garment in the bag. But I digress. Another problem with this bag is the large gap where the sides of the bag meet the top, once everything is zipped up. If the makers had extended the zipper track at least another 1/2 on the side flaps (which they had room to do), this gap could have been kept to a minimum. This isnt necessarily a deal-breaker, but definitely something to consider in inclement weather and/or in a situation when it would be out of your possession for a period of time (e.g. if forced to check it). Once again I looked back at the listing, and this gap is not obvious from the pics (see pic of my bag and compare). Lastly, the nylon shoulder strap cheapens the look of the bag. It should have been crafted from the same PU leather as the bag. On the positive, the bag overall looks expensive and upscale (minus the aforementioned shoulder strap), and theres plenty of room and pockets for pretty much anything youd need for a one or two day trip. I really wanted to love this bag and have it be my go-to for quick trips; but I dont see it completely replacing my other traditional garment bag luggage pieces. Perhaps finding shorter hangers will change my mind a bit; but for now this bag is lacking and will not get the heavy use I thought it would. Very close to being the perfect bag though.

This is NOT leather and the quality is not good for airport handling. It’s a great carryon. I’ve used it for overnight and weekends and it is the perfect size bag. I like being able to use the garment portion for hanging items and the duffle portion is great for the rest of my necessary packing.
