Love this toilet paper holder and how the bar lifts up… no springs to deal with.

I ended up sending it back. Without any swivel action, if one of the kids decides to pull the towel off of the ring to dry their hands, with out any give, if it snags the fixture could rip off the wall. Accident waiting to happen in my house! Also, It sticks out quite a bit more than most hand towel fixtures (3.75 off of the wall). Regarding finish... I would call the finish a worn oil rubbed bronze vs. the oil rubbed bronze without any wear markings.

The towel rack is well made and sturdy, but if you are getting it to match existing oil rubbed bronze fixtures it may not be what you expect. The finish is rubbed to an extent, leaving the edges slightly worn-looking, but there are micro scratches over the whole surface that make it look like the rack was put into a rock tumbler as a finishing touch. Not very aesthetically pleasing, unless you already have that type of finish on your existing hardware.

This item protrudes quite far from the wall. Its not for smaller bathrooms. Even my contractor could figure out where to put it without someone hitting it when they stepped out of the shower. MOST IMPORTANTLY the company that sells it charges a 50% Restocking Fee which was no where on Amazons page when I bought it. Look REAL close before you buy from this vendor.

Another customer reporting the same issue with this not lasting long on the wall after only a years time. The towel on the ring is not used often. I just placed a call with Moen to see what they can do for me and I had to schedule a callback time for another day because their call center is experiencing an unusually long wait time. Ridiculous. Two starts because it is pretty. One star for durability and functionality.

Delivery was speedy and packaged well. Handle very sturdy and was easy to install. While a bit pricy for a toilet handle you get what you pay for! Great quality

We are remodeling our bathroom and needed a newer updated look. This product came very fast just like the seller promised. We bought 2 so you might see this review twice. It looks very classy and was a great price. It is in the brushed nickel color and matched our other stuff perfectly. It arrived very quickly! Of course I feel very comfortable in saying that I would highly recommend using this particular seller and of course buying the product to anyone who is looking for the same or a similar item. It was an excellent buying experience all the way around and I would of course purchase the product again from the same seller because we are very happy with it all in all. This paper holder is great because it is not spring loaded. Just lift the bar up and slide the toilet paper on and push the bar down. Wonderful!

I would definitely order another one if I needed too!
