> 24 hourA very nice grab bar that feels very secure in the box. However theres no real room for adjustment. If youre going to install this as a vertical bar, theres less issue, however if youre planning on a horizontal install make sure to exactly map out where your studs are. Unfortunately in many of our more recent house farm builds, the studs arent always placed the correct distance apart. While you can use anchors to increase the stability of the grab bar, its not something Id feel comfortable anchoring to drywall considering the purpose of the bar. Thanks to my studs being closer to 17 apart, I installed this vertically instead.

> 24 hourNice high quality grab bar from Moen. The finish is flawless and the bar is very sturdy. All the installation hardware is included. The 1-1/4 diameter bar is a nice universal size to get a good grip on whether your hands are large or small. I would say larger hands my find it a bit undersized, but none the less still be useful. The brushed nickel finish looks so nice. It is also spot resistant and easy to keep clean. I like all things Moen. Definitely a high quality 5 star product.

> 24 hourthe bar is of good quality, but the chrome finish is not even close to all of the other Moen fixtures that we purchased for our shower. you can see a copper tint in the finish. It sticks out like a sore thumb.

> 24 hourI do not really trust grab bars that rely on suction. This brushed nickel bar has a functional length of 18 inches and arrives with 6 2-inch screws (and washers and a hex wrench) that anchor it securely to your wall. It can be placed near a toilet or tub and is very useful for people who have trouble rising from the commode or tub. The diameter is 1-1/4 inches and the shape is square but without sharp edges. This is a good size for gripping, and gives the user solid and substantial support. The brushed nickel finish is attractive and not at all slippery even when wet. Mounting covers are included. You receive installation instructions and get a hex wrench but will also need a Phillips screwdriver -- and a stud finder and drill would be helpful. If you have the right tools this can be installed in about ten minutes. Make sure to place the ends on studs so it is truly secure. Holds up to 500 pounds.

> 24 hourFirst, this is a great bar to have in the bathroom to help with getting up from the toilet or in the shower to help in there. Its also great to just have mounted to help in keeping ones balance in the bathroom. Its constructed very well, and looks very nice when mounted. Its also easy to install with basic tools and holds up to what it does. With all of that said, the price of this is stupid and not worth it at all. This is a bar to help people in the bathroom that really need the help and they are charging over $80 dollars for this bar. Seriously, it isnt worth it and you can find other bars that are just as good but cost much less. Dont waste your money on this when you can get something else much cheaper.
