The quilted exterior gives a soft and luxurious appearance while the overall design is more practical and accommodating for various electronics and items. The main compartment opens at the top, unlike many backpacks that unzip from the sides and top; this helps to keep everything inside. If you are going to have cards in the bag, it does have a shielded pocket for that.

There are many compartments and places to store things and keep them organized inside as well as a place to connect a battery pack internally while having a USB connection on the outside to charge devices if needed. The pocket on the backpack that faces the wearer is also nice to have to help protect valuables while wearing in crowded areas. Good size to use as carry on for flights and has nice thick padded straps for comfort while wearing for extended periods and while heavy.

Before I would have my purse, laptop bag, and I would be juggling my water bottle and a hot coffee as I entered the workplace. This backpack holds everything!! My wallet,phone and keys go into the front zippered pockets. My laptop fits perfectly inside. My water bottle goes on the side in the black netting pocket and my coffee tumbler can go in the opposite side. I can actually walk into a building with my handsfree! The backpack is also comfortable as well. I like this backpack a lot.

There is a bit of stay-stiches that seems to be visible at the top, but that area is sewed on fine. I like the way shoulder pads location are sowed on. It fits my back fine and not causing shoulders to feel tire easy or pinched. Weights are distributed evenly over the shoulders.. It comes with check clasp. Good smooth zippers. Good sturdy handle. Has secure inside hip pocket for currency. Got charging wire outlet, if needed. Worked out great for my overseas trip.
