Shouldnt the lotion be sealed? Im not sure if I should return it given that I dont know if its used

Hi everyone, after using this for 1 month every day, I started getting a real bad rash from legs to breast. When I looked at the reviews and pictures I was shocked to see other women had the same skin reaction that I have. Even after stopping it for 2 weeks its just starting to go away so I strongly recommend you use a sensitive lotion during pregnancy. For these reasons I do not recommend.

Product was deliver on time and everything was good. I used for about a month and after that I started getting a rash, a lot of people complain in the reviews about getting a rash after multiple times of use and I agree. Maybe some components of the formula are not stable enough? I stopped using it. Fragrance was ok no too strong.
