> 3 dayWe bought this because our 18-month old seemed more interested in the regular toilet rather than her Elmo Potty. The first night we tried it, she used it successfully, so it was a good purchase. Theres some slight wiggle room on a standard-sized toilet, but not enough to put your child in danger under adult supervision. We tried the hanging hook, but because it was too close to the heating vent, the double-sided tape fell off.

> 3 dayTalk about the need for frustration-free packaging! My husband and I almost got a divorce over trying to take off the plastic. You have to - get this - USE A SCREWDRIVER and UNSCREW the hinges to fully get the plastic covering off. We gave up and got in a fight. What a cruel thing to do to a buyer. I was so excited to see this cute toilet and kept saying to my daughter: Want to use your new potty? Just wait 45 minutes for mommy and daddy to lose their minds and get this plastic off. *sigh*

> 3 dayThe reason I like this one is because its really padded and potty training kids tend to sit there a really long time. The size of the opening is fine for my kids all the way up until they could handle the toilet without a potty seat (around age 3 for us). Actually, I have found others to have a smaller opening and that doesnt result in good things. The one con to this seat is it can leak where the seat attaches to the splash guard. This has happened on two of ours so far. Thats easily fixed with caulk if you dont mind dealing with it. Or you can not bother with it, but it makes for a little bit of a mess at times. Mainly I recommend it because it is ultra padded and comfy for the little ones.

Greater than one weekThe only seat my child would use for potty training and even after. He prefers how comfy it is. Its easy to wash off it doesnt come apart. I havent traveled with the seat but it would take up a lot of room in a suit case. But overall great product for at home.

> 3 dayIt is lightweight, fits perfectly on the toilet seat, easy to clean and cushioned. My child likes to seat on it while using the restroom. The only problem is that the hook that comes with it wont stick on the wall properly. But I hang it on other convenient place in bathroom without using the hook. It is working good otherwise.

> 3 daythis is a great product, although is probably better suited for older children or kids who are already well on their way to potty training. not the best way to start potty training. my 2yr old is not in the least interested in potty training but i tried it anyway. she likes sitting on the potty seat but it is hard for her to get on and off and since she is not actively potty training im not using pull ups and diapers are a pain to get off and on while trying to help her on the potty. overall a good product just too advanced for us now.

> 3 dayThis is a soft seat that our boys love. The hanger is convenient, and most of it is easy to wipe clean. However, some of the area under the ring that holds the seat up is difficult to sanitize and the opening is a bit too short - it is wide enough.

> 3 dayLove this full foamy toilet-seat shaped potty ring! Its white with random-colored ducks at the back with an attached plastic hang ring. The 5.25x6in opening is a little bigger than what seems to be the average 5x6.5in opening. Because its really cushioned, its very high in profile. Munchkin has to climb another 3in foam mountain to get on top of the potty, possibly a bigger deal for little ones starting out with the stepstool, but probably not an issue with older/taller kids. Being so padded, its surprisingly easy to carry around and fit in a larger (messenger) diaper bag. The only negative is that the plastic ring that hugs the toilets seat is attached with 3 metal screws (1 back, 2 side, like a triangle) to the cushion. The plastic-to-foam can have a little separation between the 2 side/front screws, right where pee can hit and get between the cushion and plastic. However, all potty rings have this issue if theyre not one piece. If you need a lower profile ring, the First Years

> 3 dayPros: This seat fits all the different toilets I’ve used it on. The padding is soft, and the whole thing is easily cleaned. It’s a great size or putting in a diaper bag for public bathroom use. Cons: The seat is small, and the opening is so small that I think most children would pee right over the front, girls included. We had to position my grandson on it very carefully to prevent this when he was 23 months old. If he wiggled, the alignment was wrong. Now at 25 months it’s almost impossible to get it right. He is not large for his age, either. This seat may be good if you have a petite child at around 18 months old.

> 3 dayThese is really soft and fits the toilet well, but it didnt work that great for my boy. It doesnt have very much to stop pee thats shooting forward, so the pee gets all over the child seat and the regular toilet seat. I think it would be perfect for a girl.
