I had to take an impromptu trip for a funeral and ended up booking a flight with Frontier to save some money. I bought this bag before that trip and saw it as the perfect opportunity to test out the dimensions for the budget airlines. When I arrived at the airport, I immediately checked to see if my bag would fit in those luggage bins. Even packed to the brim, my bag fit into the Spirit Airlines bin just fine. For frontier, however, I had to remove a pair of shoes and a sweater due to the width; luckily I was traveling with family so this wasn’t a problem. I wore it as a backpack so I think the workers were less inclined to actually check the dimensions. All in all, I’m glad I purchased this bag. It’s roomy and has lots of pockets to store different items for a short trip.

The backpack kind of looks like the picture BUT the zippers are VERY gold. In the picture they looked toned down. It has a few loose threads. It is big and looks spacey but because of the color of the zipper I’m going to think about keeping it.

Too heavy even with nothing in it. Billed as able to fit under the seat but at 18.5x12.9x6.7 (empty) it certainly wont fit under the seat on an airline like United. Also my wife says there are way too many pockets and zippers and that she would never be able to remember what she put in which pocket. And that the gold is too bright and garish for her.

Crammed enough clothes and toiletries in this bag for 5 days and I was impressed. I tested the durability of every zipper to the limits with that trip and they all held up.

I’m like the various pockets. Zippers look sturdy and stylish. Will use this for under seat along with a carryon suitcase for upcoming travels this year so I don’t have to check bags. I did this last year for a month long trip and had enough room as well as space for small gifts.

I dont know why i was surprised by the gold of the zippers. The listing doesnt specifically say its gold and the pictures make it seem less in your face. When I opened it up I was immediately like, whoa! My husband will definitely not use this. Otherwise, its a really pretty, sturdy bag. I like the compartment for your tablet or computer. And I love that it unzips like real luggage. I travel a lot and this is definitely much easier to pack and use than the regular weekender bag I typically try to bring. This is much more airport friendly too! Love the charging hookup too!
