> 24 hourI picked this one do to price being low and what looked like durable design on the part construction. After being test and borrowed by others the results as well as the product have always come back positive. So, I bought several more for each case, gig bag and just to have around. At that price why not? For heavy duty cable construction and sound passthrough you can depend on, go for this.

> 24 hourThe title says it all. Both of these cables arent shielded properly and picks up radio transmissions 24/7. Buy something else, total junk!

> 24 hourGood solid cable, well shielded and thick. Gold connectors. Perfect for speakers or other applications where you arent plugging and unplugging often. The connectors do not look like they would be easy to open up and resolder, as they arent REAN or NEUTRIK (still good just not the same quality of strain-relief), so perhaps not best choice for gigging or frequent change-outs. However, they are otherwise fantastic and sound exactly the same as high priced Yorkville cables from Long & McQuade (3x the price). The connect my interface to speakers and I tested with 2 other types from different places and kept these because they all sounded the same and I liked the thickness, looks and price of these. Im an audio engineering student so not just guessing here ;)

> 24 hourI just A/B tested these against Mogami 6 footers witch cost $44 here on Amazon. NO DISCERNIBLE DIFFERENCE. Ive had the Monoprice cables for a few months but read about all how great Mogamis are and wanted to try them with my studio monitors (Mackie 828.) Connected a Mogami to the right speaker and Monoprice to the left. Played some recordings in mono and panned back and forth. Exactly the same. So, feel good about these inexpensive cables. They are actually high quality in terms of audio signal.
