These are quality, all metal. The holes for the screws are accessible, Im not sure what the reviews complaining about that are talking about. I mounted mine by finding a stud, and running one of the two mounting screws through the drywall into the wood. The one screw into the stud holds it fine- the 2nd one I just screw into the drywell to keep the mount from rotating. You can level it just before you put in the second screw. I used a ruler to line up multiple mounts. Make sure you leave enough room to get them in and out of the holder. Mine are lined up vertically and they have approx 3-1/2 of wall exposed between each one.

The metal part of the mount is wonderful. Be cautious relying on the adhesive. Be prepared for your controllers to get drop tested.

First I tried the sticky they came with. Controllers were on the floor the next day. Next, I tried some known-good 3M tape. Tape stayed on the wall and the controllers and mounts were on the floor the next day. No tape seems to want to stick to the paint on these mounts. I ended up just pushing them back on the 3M tape and adding screws even though I didnt want to screw them in. With the screws, they are hanging fine. Update: Does not work with Power A Switch (Pro style) Controllers. The controllers are too fat to fit (see pics, ignore the dustiness as the controller has been in a drawer for a while). Might fit after some metal bending

I’m wondering how we are supposed to drill this in with these holes so close and inside the wedge it almost got sent back due to lack of inability to secure to wall I’ve only used one to check and see it it works for more than a week

Fantastic product! I love having my controls on the wall by the tv. Looks good, out of reach from toddlers and dogs. Stuck right to the wall without any screws and been holding strong for about a month now. Great look and fit

Good Build, finally got a spot to place the controllers. I didnt use the Foam Tape that came with it, I just used my own.

Hanging the controllers and the wall never looked so good. Looks so good, holds the controllers perfectly.
