Airline travel...too lightweight...damage right bottom corner....less than one year old....claim in with SW...check your luggage coming off belt and report immediately...Luggage warranty does not cover damage in travel.

Beautiful set but theyre not strong. Handles suck and will break if you have a heavy packing because theres no pickup support at the bottom..when you pick up with the handle they stretch.. wheels roll good but the extended pulley is very think like stick! For lite travel these would work. Maybe youll get 3 use out of them.

I just came back from a trip using American and Delta. This is the largest carry on that I found. It is expandable and it still fit. It just drew looks from other travelers which do not matter. Flight crew does not even care. I laughed to myself when my group was called to board and a boomer said out loud to his companion that is not 22x14x9. I did acknowledge that person and just laughed to myself. So in short, the product is amazing with no issue but you will get looks and comments from jealous people because you were able to fit more in the luggage.

These are beautiful designs BUT due to them being super smooth outside, they scratch super easy. I have used them to travel twice so far and they are already scratched pretty good. But its only cosmetics. They product itself is good. My last large case i bought from this brand lasted me 4 years amd i am a full time traveler for my job so i fly about two times a month. Only reason that ome had to get replaced was due to the rubber on the wheel coming off. That was the airports fault. Overall it was a perfectly secure case! I love this brand!

Seem to be holding up pretty good so far. On third airline trip and loaded fairly heavy all of them. Wheels get a tight on small one when loaded around 40lbs but still on there. One piece of plastic trim broke off on the large bag. Would be easy to replace but haven’t found customer service yet. Would still recommend.

I wanted to love this bag - its so beautiful. Sadly the first overseas trip I took it on, it broke. The area around the wheels is really weak and if the bag is handled incorrectly it cracks. Two of the four wheel areas are already cracked. Too bad that this bag isnt durable.

Both the bags are the perfect size and are very durable! I’ve used them a couple of times already and they held up when I checked my bags! I would definitely recommend!

Had a difficult time finding this 24 design to match my 20 carryon. Love the pattern and easy to find on the airport carousel.
