Scratches easily. Not as colorful as in image. Does not fit criteria for carry on which is why I bought it.

I am actively serving in the coalition Forces in ıraq. I bought this suitcase because it was about to time to return home, but unfortunately it eas damaged. I demand A refund.

Ive used this suit case on 2 1 week vacations... and the zipper to close the suitcase broke. I was overseas trying to catch my next flight. Thats horrible.

I was sold on this particular item because I am a sucker for a holographic top coat, but this suitcase does not have an aggressive enough shell as I was hoping for, though I think itll do for small excursions by car. As far as flying with, the way Ive seen airport luggage handlers toss suitcases from off of those narrow airplane escalators, this feels as if it could crack easily upon a medium impact. I wish it had a thicker exterior. Alas, it scratched super easily and now I couldnt return it if I wanted, so I will use it nonetheless.

We really liked the outside design, which turned out to be the only thing we liked.

We had a set of luggage that needed replacing so we bought this set on a lightning deal. American Tourister has been a good brand in the past so we gave this set a try. We have only used one piece for a short trip and it performed well. Waiting for post Covid-19 to travel and use all 3 pieces. Very happy with purchase so far

I was pretty impressed with the bag, it’s lightweight and you can put a lot in it. Caution, it is slightly too wide for carry on use for some airlines but i haven’t had to check it yet. However, i was very disappointed that on my first trip with it, the handle broke! It would not come down and when it would come down, it wouldn’t go down all the way. The handle is very flimsy. It got off track very easily. I would not recommend this product because of that. I did purchase a protection plan. I’m going to put in a claim when i get home (because it is past the time to return it to Amazon) and hopefully they will replace my bag. However, it seems like i cannot file a claim online but have to call the company Square Trade, so that is also frustrating. Overall; don’t buy this product if you’re looking for a bag that will be dependable and last a while. I hope i can get my money back!
