The pad itself is thicker than the one that came with my steam mop. It fit my steam mop perfect. They did include a Thank you note. Nice touch.

You need to change the pads they start slipping off. You can get half a room done maybe thats why you get more then one

While these were not the same as the ones that came with the product they work just fine. You can no longer buy the originals from shark so I suggest you buy these. I havent used the mop pads yet. I wanted to have the pads on hand when the need arises to use them. From what I can tell the pads are of good quality and the price was very reasonable.
