Love this backpack. I get so many compliments on it. I use specific pockets for different things and never have to guess where something was placed. My only problem? The strap that some would use to hang on a coat rack started pulling loose after 1 week. And I don’t even hang it or carry it by that strap! Other than that, great bag and will probably buy another in a different color.

I bought 2 backpacks back in June for my daughters to travel with. They are such great quality but just recently the strap came off one and I reached out to the manufacturer just to see if we can do something. My return policy with Amazon had expired. I was amazed that the manufacturer replied in less than 24 hours. I supplied photos and provided my shipping and within 4 days I had a new backpack delivered. I love when manufacturers stand by their products.

I got this to alternate with the shoulder laptop bag Ive been using (same brand, same print) for when I was using a shoulder or crossbody purse, or backpack purse - that way the weight is distributed more even (I park far away from my works entrance). This backpack is actually better than I expected. Its got so many pockets I dont even know what to put in all of them! The zippers and materials are all solid great quality. I can tell this bag will last for years. Im very happy with my purchase!
