Greater than one weekI really liked this product. It doesn’t feel quite as nice as I had hoped, but for the price it’s not bad at all! It has LOTS of storage as well which is amazing and it is padded around the computer!

Greater than one weekWithin the first month the stitching on the strap came undone. Luckily I noticed before my laptop hit the ground. Had a friend restitch to reinforce the shoulder strap. Didnt have time to bother with returning but would not purchase again.
