> 3 dayProduct was amazing and I cant think of anything I didnt like. The only things I needed to bring to do my install was my TV, my stud finder and my drill. Everything else was provided in this box. After I found my studs, the provided template that I stuck on the wall made sure I knew exactly where to drill, and took the guess work out of leveling the TV Wall Mount (Id normally have to use lasers and levelers). Then they gave me every screw Id ever need for any TV. I first had an issue where I had some slight wiggling with mounting the brackets to the TV, but these guys hooked me up with tiny little spacers! Talk about attention to detail with this product. They also gave me another leveler and a couple velcro wire ties. Lastly, with the ability to swivel, it was easy to plug and unplug any cable I had to behind the TV. Bottom line, the most easiest mounting experience EVER. If I need another, I wouldnt look anywhere else.

Greater than one weekVery easy to install on the wall and the TV. Customer support was quick to respond when I asked about the mount possibly covering the ports on the TV. Once TV was mounted, very easy to adjust position.

It comes with a wide range of adaptors to ensure that different kinds of TV set can be mount securely. I am very impressed and happy with the product. Installation is very straightforward (as long as you can find the studs).
