This mount has so many bolts for almost every application except the Samsung 65” curve tv. We have to find and purchase longer bolts to attach our Samsung curve tv as they were all too short for the bottom to attach correctly. It’s sad when you have every conceivable configuration except the one you require then it becomes a timely frustrating pain in the rump roast. Everything about this mount is wonderful except when it came to attaching the tv. I could have made it fit but then the tv would have been permanently tilted down which would have put strain on the tv case. So we have to hunt down longer bolts to attach it correctly. So far we haven’t found the right size to utilize this mount. When it says it’s works on curve TVs it means yeah it’ll work but you have to find the right bolts. Once we find the correct size bolts and actually attach the tv I’ll come back and adjust the rating accordingly. As of right now we have a mount on the wall and a tv on a stand which wasn’t our desired results.

I was skeptical buying a mount with a 40 long pivot arm. With a 55 LCD, this thing doesnt even breath hard. Mounting Dreams makes high quality mounts with very nice packaging and instructions. Buy without hesitation...

I have installed probably about 400+ TV this wall mount is not only SOLID but you can place a 75 Inch TV 90 degree TV to the wall. My clients need it to se the TV Sideways and this cut. I wasnt concerned for the quality of sturdiness and the weight. I can do pull ups with the arm fully extended (180 lbs) and still hold. Who ever designed this wall mount knew what they were doing. Note: To move it while is not holding the tv needs some force, once the tv is on, it moves easily. I installed this in Colynder Block. I can see why they say do not install it in sheetrock it will indeed brake the wall, you must find studs if install in sheetrock. Note: it comes with hardware to install. I wont use them, ( for the back of the tv ( the brackets) it is ok but not for the wall. I will suggest you buy your own. Overall, this is by far the best articulated wall mount I have installed.

I have a 65 TV located between two cabinets that are 20 deep. As the TV serves both the living room and the kitchen/dinette area, I wanted to rotate it ~ 45 degrees. Unfortunately, mounts that extended only 24 from the wall wouldnt work due to the cabinets surrounding the TV. This mount allows me to get the 45 degree rotation while maintaining a full view of the screen. The mount came with all of the hardware and clear directions. There are also several videos available online, so my son and I didnt have any difficulty with attaching it. The only issue is that, due to the potential weight that the mount may have to support, it calls for five bolts into studs instead of the four that the other mounts require. This means that the lateral placement is limited, as the base of the swivel arm must be on a stud. I was told that, if you are mounting a lighter weight TV, you could use just four bolts and maintain the lateral flexibility. In my case, I was fortunate to have a stud that worked. It does take some effort to pull the TV from the wall and rotate it, but it isnt too difficult and it may loosen up with usage. I believe you can also apply some lubrication, if needed. Overall, I am very happy with the mount and the ability to remove the reflections that obscured the picture on the polished OLED TV screen when viewed at an angle.

Sturdy. Solid construction

Heavy duty mount best I’ve seen secured to two wall studs I could hang on this mount tv works great in a corner!

I have installed many tv mounts and this is the best and easiest to use and install, by far. Very solid materials and clean looking design. Be sure to loosen the big nuts at the pivot points to adjust the tension to your liking after you get everything mounted. They are really tight from the factory, making it hard to move the tv to and from the wall. I suppose these bolts are tightened purposely at the factory to keep everything more secure during shipping. That is a 55 tv shown in my picture. The mount is supporting a 35 lb TV and 15 lb center channel speaker with no problem at all. Really smooth operation once all four pivot bolts were loosened a little. I am very happy with this purchase. Super simple, sturdy and nice looking design.

Easy to put up, sturdy, and can pull it out and turn it so we can watch it outside. The only thing you have to get creative with is the cable placement. The range of motion calls for a little more cable than most wall mounts.
