Easy install good motion

Pros: Works well, looks good, and provides many options for customizing the setup and angle of your tv. Seems to be very sturdy and the paper work says it will hold up to 99 lbs. Cons: Instructions werent amazing. They provide lots of details, and options for different situations. Unfortunately they reused multiple letters on labeling screws. So when the lag screws labelled H and the mounting screws labelled h are a similar size, but one has a pointed tip. It was my fault 100%, but still could have been clearer

This is a good TV mount. I have a 55 screen that I pit in the garage. I screwed it in the support post and it held very sturdy. It came with different spacer for the back of the TV. I like that it can be extended forward and backwards, swivel side to side and tilt up or down due to the glare.

Believe all the 5 star reviews. Outstanding quality and therefore value for the price. Any knocks for the most part were from people that either didnt understand what they were doing are where supposed to get in the box. The open box guy probably had a legitimate complaint. The array of mounting hardware for the different possible scenarios is impressive and the directions couldnt be any clearer. Stud mounted mine and feels rock solid, no free play in the movement.

Im probably saying whats been said by many others. Its a sturdy, well-built mount for a great price. I just finished installing mine by myself. Thats right...solo. My TV is 40 inches, but even a larger tv would be easy to mount by oneself as the trickiest part is getting the mount secured to the wall and that was not difficult. Make sure you have all the right tools. There are lots of extra screws, anchors, etc. included for whatever scenario (wood, drywall, concrete) you may encounter. I drilled into a stud and made sure it was level as I secured each of the 3 main lagbolts. You screw the two brackets onto the back of the tv and then hang the brackets on the mount. Secure it and voila.

Was easy to install, very solid, I felt the single stud placement gave me more options. I brought one to start with, the reviews were great, able to install it relatively quickly. I just needed a good quality level, the one included is too small and not accurate, plus a stud finder. The only assistance I needed was lifting and mounting the 50 inch TV. So easy to install I purchased another. The tilt and swivel functions offer great viewing options. Also purchased in wall cord hiding systems for both mounted TV’s, very nice clean look, no cords in sight, looks liked they were professionally installed.

I can remember 10 years ago when these fully articulating mounts went for $250 when I bought my first LCD television. I have several flat screen televisions all of which I have mounted. I have 4 and 2 models of the same Sanus mounts. This mount is far superior to the Sanus in build and quality. I still think, however, Sanus provides better mounting hardware, but you can always head out to Menards or HD and purchase the correct sized cap head bolts and corresponding hex nuts to use as spacers, which is what I needed to do anyway for my 2 most recent Samsung televisions. Get this mount. You will not be disappointed.

This is a great tv mount priced much lower than similar mounts at electronic and wholesale stores. I didn’t mount it to a single wall stud, instead purchasing extra lag bolts and attaching it to two 2x6 boards that I used to build a cross support across a fireplace tv niche. It works perfectly & would probably hold a larger tv than the 55” I used it for. It has great range and extends out evenly without sagging. Again, it’s less than half the cost of similar mounts, and is perfect for 55” + tv’s.
