We had a problem with a screw hole the bolt would not go in so we had to go buy a hole tap and retap to hole so the bolt would work before we could mount the tv

I brought 4. Unfortunately I need a 24 spacing so I send 3 back and I’m not as in love with this one.

This unit came with parts to cover any situation. Was pretty easy to put together and works great.

I purchased this 7+ months ago and was just finally getting to actually mounting my T.V. last night. I had already opened it myself upon receipt and decided that I would wait and let my husband assist on placement and what not, since I would be drilling holes in the wall and its a large 65 inch T.V. There is a handy cardboard guide to hold on wall for proper hole placement which makes it very easy. Anyways I realized there were no brackets for the back of the T.V. I messaged using amazon assistant from order to Mounting Dream and there was already a reply from them this morning, apologizing ,kindly wanting to confirm the missing brackets and address to quickly send and resolve the issue. After I had responded, my husband produced the missing brackets that were actually misplaced not missing!! I felt Awful for being mistaken and wasting the companys time and immediately sent another message to them. I felt compelled to at least leave a review letting others know their customer service is quick to respond and resolve any problems even 7+ months after purchase. Its a great product sturdy, is what it describes ,does what it says, easy to install and great customer service as well. This review is real, I paid for my product and received no incentive to give it, just wanted to share.

This is a great TV mount that adjusts smoothly and pulls out from the wall for a full range of adjustment. “Gee Fix” is the UK anchor system that made mounting my 55” TV totally doable even onto my wall board/plaster board. See the Youtube video, The Strongest Plasterboard Fixing Ever by Charlie DIYte. It takes your full attention to use these anchors from England but they work great. Hint, try to avoid it rotating as you crew in center screw by pulling on mounting cords TIGHTLY. Hint 2, don’t use the huge concrete screws that come with the mount, just the 5mm the UK guys recommend for the center position. I forget what 5mm converted to in Imperial measurement screws. My TV is super stable despite the weight of the TV and the mount.

I like this product as it went up quickly with easy to follow instructions and all needed hardware labeled properly. Moves smoothly and stays put. Good product!
