Greater than one weekI love how clean my teeth feel using Dr. Plotkas. It takes some getting used to for sure, because there are lots of tiny long bristles that reach into my teeth crevices...but it is SO worth it!

It is even much harder than one that was used for 3 months (Dr. Collins Perio Extreme Toothbrush, ultrasoft)! And your description said Extra Soft?!?!
