> 24 hourThis is no ones fault at all, but there was a small rip/hole in top of fabric. Im returning it for another one. I buy these all the time for my pet mice. Its not a big issue and I still rate the seller 5 stard because they are great mice homes. Its probably just a manufacturer defect at no ones fault. But these are literally the best hanging beds and I would recommend one to anyone who has fancy mice or gerbils or even ferrets. Thank you I hope this helps
