As expected but thin material like canvas. Like lot reviews says no padded protection which kinda not needed. We all know, we don’t toss this around but carry your product to its destination. It is indeed nice carrier

Loved it, made with durable materials

The zippers on this bag are very poor quality and they broke before the first use. The bag is not very structured and will not offer any protection to the face of the heater.
