> 3 dayOddly we have bought these twice and am buying them again right now for the fact that they scratch well so be careful when you use it on anything that is painted including your stove top surface, this does scratch and can scratch off paint from plastic, scratch plastic, even scratched our mirror and aluminum. Not sure how they can say these sponges dont scratch. Other than that, theyre great.

> 3 dayI’ve ordered a package of Amazon brand blue kitchen sponges twice. I use both sides on my non-stick cookware with no scratching at all, so that part is really great. And the soft sponge side is very durable and they don’t make “sponge crumbs” like that other brand of yellow sponges does that I’ve bought in stores. I’m talking about those little pieces of sponge material that falls off into your sink or dishwater. These blue sponges do not do that. And that’s another good thing. However, the big downside with these blue sponges is that the scrubby side doesn’t last very long. Not at all. They start looking old and worn after less than one week of normal use. I’ll usually pull off the scrubby side in layers as it starts forming these pieces (more like globs) of scrubby material. It sort of gets sloughed or separated from the main part of that side of the sponge. The best way I can describe it, is it’s like pulling off “scrubby lint.” I don’t use these for heavy duty cleaning. And I certainly do not scrub hard on my non-stick cookware. I don’t recommend the Amazon brand of blue kitchen sponges and I won’t be buying them again.

Greater than one weekI rent an apartment that doesnt have a dish washer (unless you count me as the dish washer because it needs done by hand). I used to buy the cheap sponges at Walmart to get by. They scratch and wear out easyily. During Prime Day I bought these on sale (which roughly came to the same price per sponge that I but at Walmart). Im not disappointed! The sponges are sturdy and dont wear out that fast. I love the thickness as they never lose their shape. I also have experienced less scratching on my silverware, pans, and plates. Its an upgrade to your normal sponge.

> 3 dayThese sponges retain a lot of water which is great but they break down quickly. The rough side lasts a very short time and I noticed that as they break down the sponge leaves tiny blue particles on the dishes which I dont like at all..I dont want there being any chance of sponge particles getting in my familys food. Ill be purchasing different sponges moving forward.
