I have tried following the directions and the hint about trying it several times for it to fix itself. I cannot use this to get out of the car Horrible. So sorry I am past the return period, since I’ve only tried to use this a few times I would NEVER recommend this item and I will need to throw it away

I have bought two of these umbrellas - one for me and one for a gift. Lovely designs, sturdy, windproof and the inverted design is great. No more water spattering all over when I close the umbrella. Unlike many other umbrellas, its also very easy to slip the umbrella into its cover. Highly recommend.

Not as shown in the picture. Both sides of the umbrella are red. Supposed to be black on the bottom.

*update* although I purchased this in April, I wrote the review this past week. The company has contacted me, sent their deepest apologies and have also refunded my money. Now that’s good customer service! It was good for a while then flipped up after really strong wind... also a sharp pieces was sticking out and I cut my hand.

OMG! this umbrella is not only functional but also beautiful! Top of that, the package box was super duper beautiful! I first thought if i purchased a slim expensive wine or something. thats how beautiful the package box was! I am thinking buying more for gifts for my family members !!!!!

I have the larger size but I really wanted a smaller portable one to keep in my purse and this is exactly what I wanted! It’s small but opens out very big and I like that it push button to open and close!

didnt last 1 year of nyc weather. blew inside out a lot, velcro to short, plastic ribs bent & it just fell & ripped apart, 30 mph winds proved to much ...

Just received and havent had a rainy day yet, but I have opened and closed it several times. It is very sturdy, good quality, and seems to be a great umbrella. We will see when we get rain...
