> 3 day2 of 2 ordered monitors had dead pixel(s) - one dead on monitor #1 and two dead on its replacement. I think MSI may have some quality control issues with this particular model. Unfortunately for them, this was my first time trying their monitors as I love some of their other components build quality, but alas, I wont be buying any more MSI monitors anytime soon.

> 3 dayI just got this in today and was super excited to game in 1440p and I get the nice surprise of a monitor that won’t even power on. Really great QC MSI…..love to see the dedication

> 3 dayEasy to assemble, great refresh rates even at 1440p and works perfectly with one of the new xbox’s or a high end gaming pc

Greater than one weekI really loved this monitor just one flaw is that it wouldn’t support the 1440p 120hz on Xbox series X

> 3 dayGoing from a 1080p 60hz monitor this is the best upgrade I could have hoped for. It was flickering black for brief moments but that was a result of the cable not all the way in, and now that’s resolved. Besides that the monitor is incredible and definitely worth what I spent.

> 3 dayI just want to say that first off, I never have written a review before. I dont believe I have ever been so dissatisfied with a product enough to feel the urge to write one. However, after buying this monitor THREE separate times, only ONE of the monitors have actually worked. First monitor had a black hole in the screen, and it would literally move around and expand. Obviously I had to return it. It was a hassle just to return the thing. The second one worked fine, every once in a while, if I clicked the power button, it wouldnt automatically turn on. Now, I just leave my monitor on. Now this third one, which I ordered to replace the first one, just came today and let me just say, I am either absolutely unlucky, or MSI just makes their monitors with terrible quality. The power button is literally jammed and wont turn on. Its stuck and theres nothing I can do without having to take it apart myself and fixing it, which I wont do because I ordered it and it should have come in decent enough condition for it to turn on at the very least. I understand more than anyone else that sometimes, defective products are manufactured and a customer just receives it. The simplest thing would be to just return it and get a new one. Except when that whole process alone takes a long time to do, not to mention that this has happened twice already. I am just more astonished that 2/3rds of the products that I have ordered from MSI have issues with them/came broken. Safe to say, I am not longer interested in trying a fourth time. The second monitor works fine and looks fine, aside from the power button issue where it just doesnt start up all the time. The simple fix was to leave it on. However, I would just buy a different monitor honestly. It sucks because otherwise, I would say this is a decent monitor, but I am not about to re-order a fourth one and pray that by some miracle, I dont get a defective product again.
