So I bought this monitor during Prime Day and got a pretty good deal on it (approximately $175 USD), which is why some of the ratings are higher than I would otherwise put. I was surprised when I got this monitor and it was significantly less bright than a 10 year monitor I have. Ehh, I should have checked the nits (only 250) before I bought it, so I wont hold it against them. The display is only 1080p, but it doesnt seem all that crisp, expecially if I am zooming in on text/documents. Also, you can raise, lower and tilt the display, but you cant rotate it, which is a little annoying, because I have more than one machine plugged into it and use them at different angles (so I have to pick it up and move it). The refresh rate.....good. Cant complain there. The real bummer is that I just noticed dead pixels in the upper right corner today. I have a dark background and run in dark mode, so I hadnt noticed until I was on a Zoom today and you could totally see a slight line of dead pixels in the upper right and three faint other dead pixels in that area. I tried flashing the screen to make sure they werent just stuck, to no avail. I understand that this sometimes happens, but I have had this display for just over a month (my return window closed 2 days ago). I am not sure I would want to even go through the whole process of replacement. In the end, I kind of got what I paid for and wouldnt have complained, if the dead pixel thing didnt show up. Kind of annoying and my 10 year old Asus display still works perfectly well (I did have a stuck pixel a while back that I was able to fix), but the bezels on this one are soooooooo much slimmer. So its got that going for it.

I got this to have as my main monitor and the picture is great but I didn’t realize that their wouldn’t be speakers on the monitor. At first I was like oh okay, I’m just new to pc gaming in general so I just didn’t realize that most gaming monitors don’t have speakers, cool whatever I’ll just use headphones but now I’m having issues just getting sound to work with certain games with absolutely no idea why or how to fix it. This is just ending up being more frustrating than I bargained for.

I bought these two monitors last yr. But both of them starting to fade away. One of them is half of the screen is dead already after less than a yr. My other brands like Samsung or LG was last almost 10yrs with no worry. No wonder its made in China my bad..!

Got this as my second monitor and now it’s the main one. So finicking with the settings and it works great. Lots of techno-babble to figure out what setting means what but it’s a learning experience getting good quality picture. Got it on sale, so extra worth it
