Battery life is excellent, Charged the case/battery up once and used headset for three days without recharging and still had power left. Bluetooth paired right away. New earpiece is softer and more comfortable around the ear than their previous model. I like the layout of the buttons and control better than the previous model This headsets rival the other Name brands at a fraction of the cost.

This is a great headset. I use a Motorola xrp radio at my work and this has really good sound quality and connects in seconds when you turn it on. I’ve used it for two 8 hour shifts and never had to charge it. The case is handy too. It acts as a battery charger. As soon as you put the headset in the case, it starts to charge it.

I really like this headset. It is easy to pair to your phone, it automatically connects when you take it out the case, and it shows you how much charge is left on your headset. Great product.

The headset is lightweight and comfortable. I can be worn for long periods of time without even noticing thanks to the ergonomic ear hook that can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally.

I purchased this headset to replace a Plantronics model that is no longer available. This headset is about 1/3 the cost and its performance is as good or better. It comes with 5 additional ear tips, a 1 foot long Type c usb cable, Instructions and a charging/storage case. The charging case has a readout that tells you what the battery level is as well as an indicator light that is red when charging and green when fully charged. It can be used in either ear by swiveling the ear hook around. Overall the sound quality is good and battery life seems to be as advertised. Overall a good buy.
