Greater than one weekThis is the best teether we own!! We had some others before but my now 3 1/2 months old didn’t engage with any of them. He loves this one. It is really easy to grab and put in his mouth. The design is just perfect size and texture. The only thing I would add is that if I bought it again I would go for the bear ears instead of cat. I just think the rounded shape would be better than the pointy ears.
