> 3 dayThis arrived quickly and in decent shape. The actually basket part of this got a little bent from shipping but I just put that side of the backside. It appears that there is some lite rust buildup just from being left outside unprotected from the sprinkles but oh well

> 3 dayThis is the best basket Ive purchased thus far for the amount of money theyre charging. I highly recommend.

> 3 dayThis basket is well made. It is designed quite inexpensively, but functions perfectly. The only advice I would give is to assemble the basket upside down. If you assemble with the heavy chains on top the screws will become crossthreaded and are nearly impossible to replace. The basket I received was listed as used like new but 2 of the screws and nut combos were stripped beyond useability. The basket was otherwise in new condition. Thankfully I work in a metal shop and know enough to rethreaded the nuts and bolts before making the crossthreading worse. I also plan to replace the nuts and bolts someday which will involve some welding and hydraulic presses.

Greater than one weekI just purchased my second of these. At ~$150 its not cheap but very well built and weather resistant. It assembles and disassembles in about a minute without tools. That makes it portable, but it is heavy - not something youd want to carry any great distance. Ive taken it to tournaments to use as a practice basket. It catches discs just like the more expensive course baskets. For those who want this basket for backyard practice, keep in mind that the chains are very noisy (as are all good baskets - especially when you throw in those power puts). I solve this problem by attaching a length of foam pipe insulation along the inner stem behind the chains. I use the type with a 1 core thats already slit along the side. I hold it in place with a couple cable ties. Makes the basket super quiet although it does cause a few bounce-outs.

> 3 dayArrived quickly, was easy to assemble, and seems to be sturdy and durable! We’ve had a few storms since purchasing, and the basket stayed put and is no worse for the west. The box/packaging did have a strong smell, but the items themselves did not seem to at all.

Greater than one weekEdit: I contacted the manufacturer and they replied instantly advising they had a 2 year warranty on the product. They sent me a new poll right away. The basket worked great for a couple months of use (3-5 times per week) but has since broken on me. The welds inside the base pole have all come undone due to a design flaw that allows the basket to over tighten and put force on the mediocre welds. All three welds on both sides have come undone now so the basket is rendered useless almost exactly 90 days after purchase. I have a friend whos same basket is also doing the same thing, just at a slower rate. Loved the basket but sadly this ruined my purchase and cant recommend the price tag for poor quality.

> 3 dayBest for the money! It is fantastic. Ordered on Dec. 26th 2016 Received on Jan 6th 2017 MVP (manufacturer) closed for the holidays. Seller, (Sun King Discs Sports) sent me a letter thanking me for the order, letting me know of the actual ship date, sticker and an Amazon coupon code. Great customer service by the seller. Packaging: Comes in marked and logoed MVP box. It would have been nice for unit to be wrapped in an additional outer box for extra protection and security. But everything was ok in shipping. Basket: Start with the round base. It is very sturdy and big enough for stable putting in the backyard. I will place mine on some concrete stepping stones just to keep it off the ground. The base also comes with ground spikes to further stabilize unit. All welds/paint look good. Lower pole: Lower pole screws into base. Simple, easy. Catch basket: Catch basket goes on top of lower pole. Catch basket is well made and sturdy. All welds/paint look good. Upper pole: Goes into lower pole with basket in-between. I have read reports of people filling the upper pole with foam sealant to deaden the sound. I will hold off (for now) as I like the rewarding banging chains. I may, however get some bright tape (electrician/duct/hunting) and place a strip on the upper pole as an aimpoint I have seen this done at local courses with automotive reflective tape. Top Rim: Professional looking top ring is what really sets this unit apart from all other home units on the market. Gives the unit a nice flair. Nice logo and graphics. Top Cap: Top cap installs above rim to hold everything together. Looking for a way I can add a dowel rod/pvc/pipe on top cap to hold a flag for windage. Hope MVP comes out with an accessory for a flag. Chains: Chains are nice zinc plated for non-permanent outdoor use. Nice feel and weight to the chains. Chains (inner or outer) are not removable unless you use two pairs of Vice-Grip to get s hook off. But why remove chains? Some people do ask that question. But, I bought this becouse of the double set of chains, just like the Profesional ones at the city park. Overall: A quality unit that will give years of use. I would recommend this brand/model to anyone looking for residential backyard practice (or fun). It will be nice to get guests into the sport with this unit. For me (male, 6ft tall 220 lbs) its not hard to move around. It comes apart easy if you want to put it in your car/auto trunk. However...unit may be to heavy for someone, that is where the folding type disc baskets would come in handy, as a space saver or lighter version. I plan to keep this covered with an bbq grill cover or under the patio when not in use, just to help keep it in great condition. Great job MVP, Sun King Discs and Amazon! Update: I did buy some thick, non-adhisive shelf liner (like tool box drawer liner) and wrapped the bottom half of the top pole with it. This gave the MVP Black Hole Pro a deeper tone when hit, got rid of the tinny sound. Also got some 1 1/2 to 1/2 pvc fitting and made a flag for the top so it now has a wind indicator. > 3 dayBetter than expected. Really sturdy and well made. We made a small 3 hole course in our yard and play every night. We haven’t cemented them down yet, but haven’t had any problems with just the stakes holding it in place. Very happy with the purchase.

> 3 dayArrived today and was easy to set up and feels durable but some of the chains have rust on them. The box should include silica packets to absorb moisture to prevent this and there needs to be some quality control. There were also some sights of rust on and inside the base where you screw the poles into.
